POSTED 7/11/2016 - The Schedule of Events page has been updated. Timing of events is basically the same, but please note changes concerning the field trip gathering location and location for the State Board Meeting. Some additional information about evening programs is also now provided.

POSTED 6/28/2016 - Tanya Harvey has created a key to the Castilleja species that occur in the central Cascades region to help annual meeting attendees identify them while on field trips. A hard copy of the key will be included in your attendee registration packet (which you'll receive at event check-in). The key is also available as a printable PDF on this website here and on the Field Trips page.

POSTED 6/18/2016 - Registration is now closed. You can contact the registrar, Michael Hartman, at hartmanium@mac.com, if you wish to be placed on a waiting list to take spots that open up due to cancellations.

POSTED 6/4/2016 - Cancellations have opened a few slots on full field trips. If you weren't assigned to your first choice field trip, please check with the registrar, Michael Hartman, hartmanium@mac.com, to see if you can be reassigned.

POSTED 6/1/2016 - Please note that vendor applications are no longer being accepted.

POSTED 5/2/2016 - Two trips on Friday - Carpenter Mountain Lichens and HJ Andrews Experimental Forest, and two trips on Saturday - Horsepasture Mountain and Scott Mt. via Benson & Tenas Lakes - have filled since our last update posted on 4/7. The Field Trip Comparison Table has been updated to reflect the change.

POSTED 4/7/2016 - Four new field trips added, two for Friday and two for Sunday. Many of the original Friday and Sunday trips are now full. Go to the Field Trip Comparison Table to see which trips are full, which are still available, and details on the newly added trips.

POSTED 4/6/2016 - All Coach Lodge rooms are now booked. The only on-site lodging available are the dorm bunk-style beds.

POSTED 3/31/2016 - All Executive Lodge rooms are now booked.

POSTED 3/17/2016 - All first floor rooms with one bed in the five Coach Lodges are now booked. Second floor rooms with two beds are still available.

POSTED 3/1/2016 - Registration opens. The deadline for early registration is May 1. Registration closes June 15, after which no refunds will be given. Please see the Registration page for details.
