The Emerald Chapter is excited that you are interested in attending the NPSO 2016 Annual Meeting. Please register as early as you can. Deadline for registration and for attending the Saturday banquet is June 15. The registration fee increases from $25 to $40 on May 1. If you must cancel your registration, please notify Michael Hartman, Registrar, hartmanium@mac.com. No refunds will be issued after June 15.

The Annual Meeting is for NPSO members only. New members are always welcome. If you need to renew a lapsed membership or join NPSO, use the membership form in the NPSO Bulletin or visit the NPSO web site.

The printable registration and liability waiver forms can be accessed via the link below. The Registration Form can be used for one or two persons. Before filling out the Registration Form, carefully read the venue, meals, and field trip information available on this web site. To go on any field trip, eat meals, or stay at the facility, you must register for the meeting. If you stay at the facility the rate is for two nights (required), regardless of occupancy. Please don't forget to read and sign the liability form on the second page. Send the completed forms plus your full payment to:

2016 Annual Meeting Student Stipends

NPSO is offering three stipends of up to $200 each to college undergraduate or graduate students to attend the 2016 NPSO Annual Meeting at the McKenzie River Conference Center in Rainbow, OR. We want to encourage more students to be active in NPSO, so we are offering the stipends to help defray some expenses for travel, lodging, food & banquet, membership, and registration. Your costs may vary from a base cost of $128 depending on your lodging, mileage, etc. In return, NPSO suggests that each student who receives a stipend write a short article (about 250-300 words) for the Bulletin, describing some aspect of the meeting such as the field trip you participated in or the evening presentations. Make sure to put "NPSO Annual Meeting Stipend Application" in the subject line. Deadline for submitting your stipend application is May 1, 2016.
