Posted 4/25/2023 -- There will be a bar hosted for alcohol and non-alcohol sales at both Wildcraft Cider Works (Friday) and Venue 252 (Saturday). Cash and credit cards will be accepted at both locations.
Posted 1/3/2023 -- VENDOR APPLICATIONS NOTICE - The Annual Meeting Planning Committee is looking for vendors this summer's Annual Meeting. Vendor table space will be available (at no charge) during the Banquet (from 4:30PM to 10PM) on Saturday, June 3, 2023. In lieu of a table fee, a donation of a small percentage of proceeds to Oregon Flora Project is suggested. Table setup can occur any time on June 3 between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Items for sale must be nature-related. Possibilities include t-shirts and other clothing, mugs, art, , books, calendars, posters, etc. We will also have tables available for chapters who want to sell or display items. The application deadline for all vendors (individual and chapter) is April 30, 2023. If we have unassigned tables, nature-related non-profits may also reserve table space for display. While vendors don't have to be NPSO members, you do need to be a member if you want to attend the Banquet, Friday night Mixer, or go on field trips. If you are interested in applying for table space, please click on the link to download the Vendor Table Request Form to your device. You will be prompted to download the form (a Word docx file). Save the form to a location of your choosing on your device, fill it in (using Word or a compatible application), save it, and then send the completed form as an email attachment to Vendor Chairperson at Em_president@npsoregon.org with "AM Vendor Application 2023" in the subject line. The Chairperson will email you back to confirm there is space for you.
