Join botanist Ed Alverson on a trip to collect for the Wildflower Show in the 268-acre Blue Mountain County Park, located along Mosby Creek southeast of Cottage Grove. Its mostly forested landscape contains a diverse assortment of lowland forest wildflowers, with a few prairie species mixed in. We will explore the older forest along a 1 mile loop on the valley bottom, and if time allows, explore up an old logging road to a more open viewpoint.
